Masterclass 6: Create (Part 2)
MASTERCLASS 6: CREATE (PART 2)
There’s nothing quite like the feeling of getting your product live and into the hands of your users, especially when it’s taken blood, sweat and tears to get there. In this masterclass we’ll talk about how to work iteratively and navigate change so you build and launch a product that works and does what you need it to do.
This topic is rather big, so we’re covering the content across two sessions.
IN PART 2 OF THIS MASTERCLASS YOU’LL
- Learn how to break the work to be done down into epics and stories
- Learn how to write good stories
- Understand what it takes to successfully plan and triage
- Hear relevant case studies of startups building and launching products
- Collaborate with other startup founders
This 2-hour workshop is delivered in person in Melbourne CBD and will include easy-to-understand theory, a lot of discussion, case studies and hands-on activities. You don’t need to bring anything along, but can bring a laptop or notepad and pen for notes if you wish.
