The essential free course for startup founders and staff to build lasting digital products that customers love to use.
It’s estimated that only 15% of startups in Victoria go through an accelerator program, with many believing they’re either not ready or have moved beyond needing that level of support.
In response, LaunchVic has committed to investing $2.9 million in educating thousands of Victorian startups founders.
Victoria’s startup agency carefully selected sixteen businesses to develop and deliver courses covering everything from funding to corporate governance, and marketing to exports.
Here at Cogent, we’re excited to have been chosen to deliver our course focused on helping founders build great digital products that create financially sustainable businesses.
Lean Products, Sustainable Businesses will be run as a series of 10 face-to-face workshops coupled with 10 video Q&A sessions, a private Slack community, online content and video interviews.
The format was developed with time-poor startup founders and staff in mind, so you’ll be able to dip in and out of the course as needed, and access resources online.
“With this targeted funding and support, there’s never been a better time to establish a start-up in Victoria,” Minister for innovation and the digital economy Philip Dalidakis said.
With Cogent’s 10+ years experience in working with founders and teams to turn great ideas into thriving digital businesses, we’re excited for the value we know that founders will get from the course.
“Giving startup founders free access to the knowledge of some of our top people will be invaluable in helping them create stronger, more financially sustainable businesses that investors want to be part of,” said Mark Wells, CEO at Cogent.
